NO PRICE INCREASE FOR 3G FIBRE
Crystal Vision is introducing its 3G fibre optic transmitter and receiver – at the exact same price as its previous HD versions.
The FTX 3G fibre optic transmitter and FRX 3G fibre optic receiver have been designed to transmit 3Gb/s, HD or SD signals over large distances in a robust, reliable and space-saving way. Both meet the SMPTE 297-2006 short-haul specification, allowing operation with single-mode and multi-mode fibre.
Fitting in the standard frames alongside any other keying, interface or picture storage products from the range, both boards are dual channel, saving you rack space by allowing up to 48 channels of fibre in a 4U frame. The FRX 3G even doubles as a DA with two reclocked 3Gb/s, HD or SD outputs per channel, reducing the need (and cost) of having distribution amplifiers after the receiver. Control options include the Statesman PC software and SNMP.
Ideal for moving signals in large installations and shipping at the beginning of 2010, the FTX 3G and FRX 3G will replace the FTX HD and FRX HD. |
