TRAINING THE CRYSTAL VISION DISTRIBUTORS

Crystal Vision held its second annual Distributors’ Training Event at its Whittlesford offices on 9th and 10th November.

15 distributors took part in the training, travelling from eight European countries as well as from Brazil and the USA. Delegates included Crystal Vision’s top-performing distributors, including this year’s Distributor of the Year (Gelantec, Austria) and the New Distributor of the Year (Network France).

The distributors underwent two days of intensive training, mixing information seminars with popular hands-on lab sessions. There was training on the new products (including the Smart Switch 3G, TANDEM 3G and SYNNER-E 3G) and information on the future direction of the company, while distributors shared insights on selling Crystal Vision products in their own territories.
The distributors have all returned home full of enthusiasm, and with more knowledge to help their own customers. And as one distributor commented, “It’s good to see that there are still companies driven by human beings.”
