AUSTRALIA
Broadcaster Nine Network Australia has purchased three CoCo104 colour correctors and two Up-and-down up/down/cross converters from distributor Mastatek.
AUSTRIA
Broadcaster ORF has placed orders for 34 interface products via distributor Gelantec, including ARC-10MC aspect ratio converters and Q-Down down converters.
Broadcast graphics company Vizrt has placed orders for a Safire chroma keyer, seven ViViD HD video delays and various interface boards.
BELGIUM
Broadcaster RTC Liege has purchased TANDEM HD-21 audio embedders/de-embedders and HDDA105C and AADA416FR distribution amplifiers from distributor AV Group.
CHILE
Systems integrator VGI has bought a Safire SD 2 upgradeable-to-HD chroma keyer with Safire Controller control panel.
CHINA
A MultiLogo V131 logo keyer has been purchased by dealer Shanghai Kunsi.
FRANCE
Systems integrator DV International has purchased ENC116 encoders and ADDEC-210 encoders from distributor Network France.
GEORGIA
A SW222 2 x 2 switch and ViViD video delay have gone to distributor AVB Ltd.
GERMANY
Broadcaster ProSieben has bought three Smart Switch 3G intelligent 2 x 2 switches with SNMP from distributor SHM.
Production company Bonito TV has purchased a variety of boards from distributor SHM, including the TANDEM HD-21 audio embedder/de-embedder, Clip N Key V121 clip and sting store, CoCo HD colour corrector and HDDA105NA HD DA.
GREECE
Broadcaster SKAI has placed orders for Q-Down123 down converters and Up-and-down-S up/down/cross converters via distributor Ariston.
Music broadcaster MTV+ has purchased 20 boards from distributor Calavitis, including the MultiLogo V131 logo keyer, TANDEM-110 embedder/de-embedder and VDA110M HD analogue video distribution amplifier.
HUNGARY
As part of its switch to HD, broadcaster Duna TV has purchased the Up-and-down-AAFD up/down/cross converter and Q-Down123-A-AFD down converter with AFD insertion and reading from distributor Future Trading, as well a SYNNER HD multi-functional synchroniser.
ITALY
Bologna-based broadcaster GTV has purchased a MultiLogo V431 logo keyer and Safire chroma keyer with Safire Controller from systems integrator ONDA.
JAPAN
Broadcaster SKY PerfecTV has purchased four HDDA105C HD distribution amplifiers from distributor Matsuda Trading.
LEBANON
Distributor BCS has purchased 29 interface boards, including 19 ADDEC-210 decoders.
PAKISTAN
Broadcaster Geo TV has purchased two ViViD HD video delays from dealer AA Systems.
POLAND
A ViViD124 video delay has gone to media and production company Rochstar via distributor JBD.
SOUTH AFRICA
Distributor Telemedia is installing 31 interface boards into its Outside Broadcast vehicle.
SOUTH KOREA
Education broadcaster EBS has purchased three Safire HD 2 chroma keyers, three CoCo HD colour correctors and three ViViD HD video delays for its three-camera virtual studio, with the order co-ordinated by distributor Sanam Technology.
SWITZERLAND
Distributor Visuals has purchased 27 interface boards for a Serbian newsroom project, including VDA110M HD, DDA208B and AADA416FM distribution amplifiers, EMDEC-200 embedding decoders, TANDEM-110 embedders/de-embedders and SYNNER144 synchronisers.
UK
SIS LIVE, Europe’s larger provider of outside broadcast and uplink facilities, is using 12 MultiLogo V431 logo keyers, with six of them purchased via systems integrator Megahertz.
Fountain Studios has bought a selection of boards, including a Clip N Key V221 8G clip and sting store for use on “The X Factor”.
Satellite and broadcast systems integrator Sat-Comm has bought 50 video and audio DAs to provide a highly reliable distribution of signals for a series of Arabsat TV and radio contribution earth stations across the Middle East, as well as for the main receive site in Jordan.
USA
Two Flip scan reversers have gone to broadcaster WCYB-TV.
Music-on-demand cable station Music Choice has bought a selection of boards, including two ViViD HD-40 long video delays, two CoCo HD colour correctors and four HDDA104R distribution amplifiers.
Telepresence provider Teliris, Inc. has purchased another six ViViD HD video delays from dealer HB Communications. |
