Why register?
Register your products to extend your standard three year warranty to five years and to receive a username and password for the Registered Area on this website which contains the latest user manuals.
Who should register?
The products should be registered by either the end user or the system installer. You also need to give us the name of the person you would like to receive the extended five years of support (normally the end user). Crystal Vision distributors should register the products to their end customer, and not to themselves.
If the person to whom the products are initially registered leaves the company, please e-mail Crystal Vision with the name of the person to whom the products should now be registered. (We will update all previously registered jobs to that new person, unless you specify otherwise.)
Does it matter if the products get registered more than once by different people?
No! We'll sort it out at Crystal Vision.
When should you register?
You must register the products within 60 days of their shipping date. Product registration is only applicable to shipments from 20th August 2009 onwards.
Does registering take a long time?
No. You only need to enter the Crystal Vision job number (see below) and register once for the whole order – not for every individual board. We have a comprehensive database at Crystal Vision listing the products which were shipped under that job number – so we can quickly tell which products are covered by the five year warranty, should you need to know at any point.
Where can I find my Crystal Vision job number?
The four-digit Crystal Vision job number can be found on both the product registration card and in the shipping confirmation e-mail you should have received from us. If you're still not sure, please e-mail us and ask.
What will happen when you register?
We will e-mail you confirmation of your registration, including your Five Year Warranty Certificate and a username and password for the Registered Area on our website from where you can download user manuals and other useful information. Registered users will also receive notification of user manual updates and new product announcements.
How do I find out more information about what the warranty covers?
By downloading our Equipment Warranty and Service Support Conditions document here. If you sell the equipment the remainder of the warranty period will be transferred to the new owner.
How do I register?
