SYNNER 310 simplifies system designs for those working with 3Gb/s, HD or SD sources in AES and analogue audio environments. It combines a video synchroniser, tracking audio delay and embedder/de-embedder, and can also be used to encode and decode Dolby E. It can embed and de-embed up to four groups of AES and two groups of analogue audio, features flexible delay compensation and can include integrated fibre input and output connectivity too. |
| MAIN FEATURES |
Simplify your system design: the inclusion of a video synchroniser, tracking audio delay and embedder/de-embedder gives you multiple functionality on one board |
Use it with any source: works with 3Gb/s, HD and SD and both analogue and digital audio |
Use it as a synchroniser or fixed delay line: synchronise incoming video signals not locked to the local reference or compensate for timing delays within the video system |
Excellent synchronising features: full vertical and horizontal timing adjustment and cross-locking |
Complete freedom when embedding and de-embedding external audio: embed or de-embed up to four groups of AES and two groups of analogue audio |
Embedding/de-embedding functionality defined by input and output piggyback modules - fit up to two audio piggybacks to the main board |
Mix analogue and digital piggybacks to create a hybrid system: select from the 3G-AIP2 (for embedding two analogue stereo pairs or four mono channels), the 3G-AOP2 (for de-embedding two analogue stereo pairs or four mono channels) and the DIOP4 (for embedding or de-embedding four AES stereo pairs) |
Powerful audio routing: full channel shuffling and overwriting of the mono channels |
Ideal for Dolby E users: synchronise video containing mixture of Dolby E and linear AES within same audio group and auto-correct timing errors with the guardband |
Use it to decode Dolby E: fit a DBE-D top board to decode a Dolby E signal in the embedded video input or from a DIOP4 piggyback and either output it as analogue or AES audio or re-embed it (includes two stereo downmixes for easier monitoring) |
Use it to encode Dolby E: fit a DBE-E top board to convert up to eight incoming AES channels with associated metadata to a single Dolby E stream - coming soon |
Short minimum delays for both the audio and video to help prevent system lip-sync complications |
Easy to match all your signals: with flexible audio and video delays, including tracking audio delay, ten frames of video delay and Dolby E compensation |
Optimise the audio and video: with full audio processing and video proc-amp with RGB and YUV lift and gain controls |
Optional integrated fibre input/output connectivity means you won't be limited by cable lengths |
Space-saving: 100mm x 266mm module allows 12 SYNNER 310 in 2U (24 in 4U, six in 1U, two in desk top box) |
Flexible control and monitoring options, including board edge, front and remote panels, SNMP, GPIs and Statesman PC software |
