Up conversions: Standard Definition to 720p and 1080i at 50Hz and 59.94Hz
Down conversions: 720p and 1080i to Standard Definition at 50Hz and 59.94Hz
Cross conversions: 720p to 1080i and 1080i to 720p at 50Hz and 59.94Hz
Includes HD to 4:3 or 4:3 SD to HD aspect ratio conversion
Two scaled outputs and two input loop-throughs
Fits in standard frames alongside HD and SD modules
Space-saving: 100mm x 266mm module allows 12 Up-and-down in 2U (24 in 4U, six in 1U, two in desk top box)
Easy to use, with flexible control including board edge, GPI, frame active front panel, remote control panel or PC software
Up-and-down is a combined up/down/cross converter, ideal for the up, down or cross conversion of correctly timed video only sources. It can convert between Standard Definition and High Definition (720p and 1080i at both 50Hz and 59.94Hz) and between different HD formats. Motion adaptive video de-interlacing and detail enhancement processing ensure an excellent output picture.
